Taking Care+ of Our Employees
With a dedicated look at the comprehensive health of our employees, we offer resources that facilitate and encourage people to take care of the physical, mental, spiritual, environmental and social health. Activations are part of the program, such as: running, hiking, partnerships with gyms, nutritional care, awareness campaigns, among other actions that help make health care even more accessible.

We believe that plurality is fundamental to delivering increasingly innovative solutions and with the care that is our style.
Aiming to stimulate diversity and build a culture of respect and equity, we created RD+Diversa. ​

To make this possible, we mapped diversity and expanded the dialogue on the subject with in-person and distance training on the subject. In addition, we have an efficient program for the inclusion of people with disabilities (PDCs) in the job market.
